These are two annual projects APAMSA is dedicated to being part of.

Premiere party

 

APAMSA co-hosts the annual premiere party with the UTHSCSA Pediatric Interest Group. We welcome back once-upon-a-time premie babies who are now anywhere from a year to 25 years old! It's always a fun time with tons of games, face painting, and healthy snacks.

Bone Marrow Drive: Be The Match

 

We collaborate with Be The Match and promote awareness of the cure that exists for blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma. Asians are relatively underrepresented in the national bone marrow registry so it's especially important for APAMSA to work to recruit Asian donors.
